Refund Policy
At Ridge Overseas, we are committed to delivering professional and ethical services to students aspiring to study abroad. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair while recognizing the resources invested during the counselling and application process.
1. Registration Fee
The registration or consultation fee paid at the beginning of the process is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative and counselling efforts.
2. Service Fees
If you have paid for specific services (such as application processing, documentation assistance, SOP/LOR drafting, etc.), refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Complete non-delivery of the promised service, without valid justification.
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
All requests for such refunds must be made within 7 days of payment with valid proof.
3. University/College Application Fees
Application or assessment fees paid to universities, colleges, or examination boards through Ridge Overseas are non-refundable, as these are governed by third-party policies.
4. Visa Refusal
In case of visa refusal:
- If Ridge Overseas is not at fault and all services were rendered as per agreement, no refund shall be provided.
- If there was an error or negligence from our side, partial refunds (excluding third-party costs) may be considered, subject to internal review.
5. Withdrawal of Application
If a student chooses to withdraw from the process after services have started, no refund shall be provided for the work already completed.
6. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer within 15 working days from the date of approval.
